McCaffrey Independent Mortgages wanted to diversify their existing company to a new modern-looking high street brand. They aim to compete locally against the more familiar high street chains and gradually increase the online awareness regionally. With a Nationally recognised mortgage provider on the doorstep and a limited budget, this would make the challenge greater.

After several consultations with McCaffrey Mortgages, we put together a strategic plan for online & click & mortar brand development. We based this against the local client’s competition and what was realistic in the budget to compete.
Our design team created the new brand logo around the new name “McCaffrey Mortgage Centre.” We also designed all banners, signage and carried it through the interior of the new offices. The bright, modern look continued through onto the companies new website. Were the SEO team created the on-page content around less competitive long-tailed keywords search terms?
In sync with the online SEO, we developed an off-page strategy to gain Google 1st page visibility. Not only to rank top of the Google Map for the brand but also product terms. Our social media experts set-up the companies various platforms and created unique, engaging articles to grow impressions and drive traffic.
McCaffrey Mortgage Center now has a fresh new look in the high street. That grabs the attention of passing trade against the other high street competitors. Their new website has had some fantastic feedback from customers around the design and usability factors. The online marketing campaign is on-going but has already proved decisive with targeted keywords ranking on page one. Including being at the top of the Google Map. The website traffic and customer engagement via email and phone have increased. Signalling that 2020 should be a successful year for the new brand and happy addition to our trusted family.
